To change/reset the password of your TUHH account, you are provided with the following possibilities:
- Change your password,
if you know your current password.- Reset your password,
if you don't know your current password and you have deposited your mobile phone number for this purpose.- Reset the passwords of your service accounts,
if you have deposited your mobile phone number for this purpose.- Deposit your mobile phone number,
if you can login with your current password and you want to be able to reset your password by yourself in the future.- Contact the Service Desk of the computing center for help.
The password of your TUHH account will expire every 180 days.
As a study applicant with an applicant account, you have the following option:
- Reset your password, if you do not know the current password for your applicant account.
