In case you have deposited your mobile phone number along with your login, you can set the passwords of your service accounts here. Please request a TAN in a first step.

All service accounts with a common prefix may be specified by the prefix and a terminating "*", e.g. in the form c11abc* matching all service accounts beginning with the prefix c11abc.


Notes concerning the TAN:

  • A TAN may be requested up to 4 times a day per user.
  • Each TAN is valid for up to 15 minutes.
  • A TAN expires after having been used successfully or after 3 times having been used to set a password without success.
  • TANs will be sent by SMS to German mobile phone numbers only.
  • Calls and SMS to the sender of the TAN will be ignored.
