All service accounts with a common prefix may be given as the prefix with a trailing "*", e.g. c11abc* matches all service accounts beginning with c11abc.

Notes concerning the TAN:

• A TAN may be requested up to 4 times a day per user.
• Each TAN is valid for up to 15 minutes.
• A TAN expires after having been used successfully or after 3 unsuccessful attempts to set a password.
• TANs will be sent by SMS to German mobile phone numbers only.
• Calls and SMS to the sender of the TAN will be ignored.
